About Us.

My name is Amy and I want to be on your team.

Amy Esp: Owner. Founder. Chicken Lady. All around badass.

My parents have worked for themselves as long as I can remember. And if you asked them today, they might tell you that they don't always recommend it. It's hard work, it's emotionally draining, it's scary to rely entirely on your own momentum to provide for your family, build your nest egg, finance your dreams. But even as solo entrepreneurs, you can surround yourself with a team that can provide support, perspective and valuable skills. I want to be on your team.

I have built a career around creatively solving problems, taking an inkling of an idea and bringing it to life. I bring creativity, attention to detail and an innate desire to watch ideas flourish. I thrive in an environment of collaboration, brainstorming and growth. As small business owners, you are calling the shots and making the important choices, but it helps to have an ally that can see problem areas, offer unbiased advice and help you make choices that will lead to the most growth and fulfillment in your career. I recognize that for small business owners, business is personal. And I want to help you make smart choices for success in both areas.

And when I'm not helping you, I'm building my own tiny empire, spending time in the sunshine with my two on-the-go kiddos and scheming my next big thing.

So get in touch and let's get started!

Angela Hall: Social Media / Marketing, Bookkeeping Sidekick, Director of Humor, Part-time cat wrangler.

Hi, I’m Angela and I want to be part of your adventure.

How did I get here? The short answer is: I have no idea. Life doesn’t always evolve quite the way we expect. We can’t always choose what happens in our lives, but we can choose what we do with it. That’s what I like to bring to clients--the ability to adapt, to flex, to make the absolute most of whatever the world dishes out and to do it with joy and a sense of adventure. I didn’t set out to land here, but I’m so glad that I did.

I’m too creative for 9 to 5. My mind is always working, always strategizing, always thinking of ways to make everything come together. From me, you can expect solutions that are unique, yet pragmatic, creative, yet simple, modern, yet established. My clients can rest assured knowing that they can ask any question, make any mistake, choose any path, and I will be on their side to help make it all work.

When I’m not taking lemons and making lemonade, I’m fostering rescue dogs, bingeing Netflix and probably embarrassing my children.

Amanda Hagman: Administrative guru, Bookkeeping Assistant, tattoo aficionado, resident enchantress.

Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’m excited to join you on your business journey.

I have spent many years working for large corporations in New Jersey, Florida and here in Montana. After graduating from the University of Montana with a bachelors in psychology and still finding myself working long retail days, I decided I was ready to take a leap of faith on something I enjoyed instead of something that was just getting me by. I started doing bookkeeping for a group of local artists and quickly learned that this was something I enjoyed. I found a way I could start helping businesses, travel more, and prioritize my happiness.

I am excited to be a part of a team that offers clients different skills to help them grow and maintain their business with ease.

My leap of faith has led me to more flexibility and free time to enjoy with my family, my dachshund, go camping, hiking and exploring what this big beautiful world has to offer.

“Amy is the first person I have trusted to do the books for my business. She is personable, reliable and organized, yet also highly efficient. She took the time to find a workflow for my bookkeeping that makes senses for my business and personality.”
